I only did around 1000km on my 2016 DCT Africa Twin the last couple weeks, but wow, what a bike it is. Coming from a 25 year old 600cc bike, the AT has plenty of power for me. Iām only just getting used to it and its lots of fun! I love the sound of the stock exhaust, nothing to much. Also the fuel consumption is very good!
Honda's USA manual reads: "Pump Octane Number (PON) of 86 or higher." Pretty sure they're talking about AKI, " (R+M)/2 method." Around here it's mostly 87, 89 and 91 or 93 depending on the station. And it's all E10 for the most part, but you can find some gas stations that sell ethanol-free gasoline.
